Return and Refund Policy

  • We are committed to delivering you the best quality products for your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return our product(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund as per the terms of the Returns Policy.

    The refund policy is applicable only for products in marketable condition, accompanied by an invoice and relevant ID proof of the Customer. This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused.

    Customer/Direct Sellers may return the products within 30 days of purchase subject to the following conditions :

    A. If the product is in marketable condition and is returned within 30 days by invoice refund will be given (after deduction of taxes levied) or an exchange product will be given depending on the authorised representative.

    B. If the product is in unmarketable condition and is returned within 30 days of invoice date refund value will be assessed by the authorised representative and appropriate value will be given.

    C. Marketable refers to products that are unopened and sealed.

    D. Unmarketable are products, which have been partially used/opened/ damaged.

    Notes :
    The Customer/Direct Seller must return the product(s) to our head office (Yamass Wellness PVT Residence & Registered Office At - Opp Canara Bank, VL Colony, Kadugodi, Banglore - 560067) personally or by courier. Upon we recived the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail or call within a appropriate period of time.

    Condition refers to the condition in which the stock is received back from the customer/ Direct Seller on return. The product can be marketable or unmarketable depending on the condition of the returned stock as assessed by our executive.

    SV/RP adjustment of products returned shall be processed in the same payout. Total SV/RP of the returned products will be deducted from the returning direct sellers account.

    If customers return products directly to Yamass Wellness Pvt. Ltd.. SV/RP adjustment shall be done from the Direct Sellers payout account & any excess amount paid shall be recoverable from the direct seller.

    Any registered member at Yamass Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is subjected to claim his/her refund within 30 days of registration, through the proper filing of our refund form and submitting an email to the registered email address.
